WRadio V6.0 which is now compatible with Snow Leopard has been released today (Sep. 21th 2009)

Yeah, I too installed Snow Leopard and am stuck without radio...
Any idea when we'll be up and going again???

We're working on a version for Snow Leopard. If there are no further problems, a Snow Leopard compatible version will be released this or next week.

I just upgraded to Snow Leopard and WRadio 5.01 will no longer work. The player shows "Can't reach channel" and I've tried the two solutions in the support tab without success. Please advise.

That's true, as we wrote on our website WRadio is not yet compatible with Snow Leopard

I purchased the widget last summer and I enjoyed it until today, when, after my computer's format I put the activation key and I get a message saying:
"This license key has already been used...
... you need to deactivate the copy before you can...
How can I deactivate my widget, so I can activate it again????
Answer, PLEASE!!!!!

Just send us an email (info@wradio.eu) with the old licensekey you use and we send you a new licensekey which you can use to reactivate WRadio.

Love the product .... but..... wish the channels had locations beside them - would be much easier....

Just a few words to tell you how resposive this team is.
During a fresh install, I wasn't able to deactivate WRadio before (because of my OS freezing all the time). So yesterday night I wrote a report on this website (contact form is quite clear, as an ergonomist I clearly appreciate! :-) ) and this morning TADA! : customer support sent me a new activation code with all the explanations I needed.
WRadio works great and is backed up by a very nice customer service.
From the very beginning up to now I've been enchanted by this company and this software.
So, go and get it, you won't regret at all!
