FAQ/Support
If you have some cutouts, stuttering or interrupts under OSX 10.4.x or 10.5.x while listening, you need to change a Quicktime setting.
Step one
If not already closed, close WRadio Desktop by clicking the red dot on the top left corner of the WRadio Desktop window

Step two
Open the OSX preferences by clicking the preferences icon in the Dock
|
Step three
In the preferences click on the QuickTime icon to open the Quicktime preferences
|

Step four
In the Quicktime preferences select the pane "Streaming" and UNCHECK the box before the text "Enable Instant-on"
|
Step five
Launch WRadio Desktop by clicking on the WRadio Desktop icon
